About
The Seminar Series in Law and Philosophy is held by the Graduate Programme in Law of the Federal University of Minas Gerais, in association with the Brazilian Association of Constitutional Law and Political Philosophy and with the support and collaboration from the Graduate Programmes in Law of the Federal University of Paraná, Federal University of Pará, University of São Paulo, University of Brasília, and State University of Rio de Janeiro.
The Seminar Series invites some of the leading scholars in contemporary legal philosophy, to discuss in advance of publication some of the best scholarship in the field and build research networks with the participation of some of the leading Brazilian institutions. It seeks also to provide guests with comments and criticism before publication and to constitute a leading forum of philosophical discussion in Latin America, with emphasis in publications in English language.
